I heard your wheels get flat spots if they sit for a long time. Is this true?
ANSWER
The wheels should not get flat spots from sitting for long periods of time. You can further extend the life of the wheels by rolling them onto some batting when not in use.
As always, you have a one year warranty on the wheels. If you have any problems just send them back for replacement or refund.
About 6 years ago we had a batch of bad material that was softer that did get flat spots in some cases. We replaced all those sets free of charge as part of our quality guarantee.
